A MISSING Cirencester man who discharged himself from hospital is being searched for by police.
Jason Swadling, 39, was last seen when he discharged himself from Cheltenham hospital at 10am last Wednesday, October 17.
Officers have concerns about Jason’s mental wellbeing and are urging him or anyone who has seen him in the last few days to make contact.
Jason is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build, with short blond hair and a fair complexion. When he was last seen he was wearing black jeans, a pale blue shirt and a black and blue jacket.
Jason often stays at other people's houses or ‘couch surfs’ and police believe he may still be in the Cheltenham area or could have returned to Cirencester.
Anyone who sees Jason should call police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting incident 418 of October 17.
