CIRENCESTER'S much-loved duo Ethemia have been honoured by the award-winning American singer-songwriter and actor Loudon Wainwright III, who has asked them to support his performance this Friday night.
The pair, Michaela Mott and Berny Poulton, are proud to be recognised in this way after five years of solid gigging throughout the UK and Europe.
They are on from 8pm at the Cheese and Grain, Market Yard, Justice Lane in Frome.

Ethemia have also been asked to support Steeleye Span, one of the best-known acts of the British folk revival, later in the year.
As always, the duo offer free acoustic sofa sessions for the disabled or seriously ill who can't get out to enjoy live music.
