THE 22nd South Cotswold Beer and Music festival organised by Yate and District Rotary Club, will take place on Friday, July 7 and Saturday, July 8 at the Chipping Sodbury Rugby Ground.

The Rotarians are playing host to seven bands, two over four hours on Friday evening and five bands playing for 11 hours on Saturday with musical styles ranging from acoustic, rock and Indie culminating with a foot stomping climax of 70s Glam.

Real Ale connoisseurs and music fans alike travel from all parts to soak up the festival’s musical atmosphere and great ales making it an event to remember.

The Festival will bring you a welcoming atmosphere inside a huge marquee holding over 100 real ales, craft beers, ciders, perries and quality wines.

An expanded range of delicious freshly cooked food, snacks and soft drinks will also be available.

All profits from this Beer and Music festival will go to local, national and international good causes. Yate Rotarians have raised over £236,000 at these festivals over 21 years.

All tickets, in advance only, include a free collectors beer mug or wine glass to take home.

Friday’s tickets cost £10 and Saturday’s are £16 each and are available from Meridiths in Yate and from the Yate and Chipping Sodbury Tourist Office in Chipping Sodbury or via the website bs37.com/beer.
