The Christmas tree will be placed in the river in Bourton-on-the-Water
BOURTON-ON-THE-WATER will be lit up with fairy lights on Friday, December 2, when the unique Christmas tree lights are switched on.
The famous Christmas tree is put up in the river each year by the Chamber of Commerce and the Parish Council.
The tree is lit from 6.30 pm and late night shopping will run until 9pm.
The event would not be complete without a visit from Father Christmas.
