VISITORS to Swindon town centre this weekend will have the chance to meet Cinderella’s Ugly Sisters as the stars from this year’s Wyvern Theatre pantomime pay a visit to Regent Circus for a special meet and greet.

The aesthetically challenged sisters, Betty and Brenda (played by Louie Westwood and Wyvern favourite David Ashley) will be making their way over to Cinderella’s carriage (which will be at Regent Circus from 11am – 4pm) at 2pm on Saturday to keep an eye out for Prince Charming and pose for some silly selfies while telling everyone how beautiful they are.

The sisters will later be appearing on the main stage in Warf Green for the Christmas Light Switch-On event, before Prince Charming himself, panto headliner Ryan Thomas turns on the lights.

Shopping and Leisure site Regent Circus are the sponsors of this year’s pantomime and are excited to be hosting Cinderella’s carriage as well as a giant Snow Globe to provide fun festive entertainment for families in Swindon over the weekend.

This year’s pantomime, Cinderella opens on Saturday, December 10 and promises to contain plenty of laugh-out-loud comedy, spectacular sets and costumes, dazzling song and dance routines and fun for all the family.

Plus there will be an abundance of audience participation!
