WILTSHIRE Game & Country Fair on Saturday, September 24 and 25 promises a packed weekend of events to keep the whole family entertained.
Taking place at Bowood House in Calne, this annual event features three dedicated arenas with a whole variety of displays, from scurry trials and driving, falconry, hunts and hounds to a motorcycle stunt team.
Marvel at the chainsaw carving, with six to eight chainsaw carvers on site to entertain.
The world of dogs in a specialist arena dedicated to dogs, with displays of all types, from working gun dogs and sheep dogs, to fire jumping obedience.
Surrounding this are a variety of activities your dog will love, from gun dog multi scurries to a fun dog show.
If food is your passion then you will not be disappointed. There is a mini festival within the main show, featuring food halls, the Piazza, and chefs on stage.
And if fishing and field sports are your hobby then you will enjoy a free fishing sample session with instructors from the Angling Trust and Salmon rout Association.
Alternatively have a go at archery or air rifles.
But if you would rather shop, then there are a whole host of crafts and shopping to catch your eye.
Around the arenas are rows of individual trade exhibitors selling a range of items, country clothing and accessories, footwear, garden, home and leisure products, country sports equipment and accessories.
