A PRODUCTION of Wind in the Willows begins touring Gloucestershire next week.
From Friday, August 19, join Ratty, Mole and Badger as they explore the Riverbank and try to contain the excitable Toad. Expect animals, adventure, swashbuckling and of course motor cars.
The adaptation of Kenneth Grahame’s much loved novel will be performed in open air stages and is written and directed by Cheltenham Everyman’s marketing and participation officer Joe Hackett.
He said: “IKP are delighted to be returning for another open air tour.
“This is a family show for adults, which children will enjoy too; perfect for a summer evening’s entertainment!”
The tour starts in Stroud at 7pm in the Museum in the Park before moving to a number of locations around the county including Frampton Court in Frampton-on-Severn on Thursday, August 26 and The Cotswolds Discovery Centre in Northleach on Friday August 26.
The production is outdoors and is designed to be performed in all weather conditions. Tickets cost £10, concessions £8 and children £6. Performances begin at various times and some venues are open earlier for picnics. For full event information and to purchase tickets visit everymantheatre.org.uk
