NEW ‘BBC Tours’ are coming to Gloucester Cathedral this month.

For three nights only you can enjoy an exciting and informative tour and see behind the scenes of some of the BBC's biggest shows filmed at Gloucester Cathedral, including: The Hollow Crown (Nave/Garth), Sherlock (Crypt), Wolf Hall (Nave/Cloisters) and Doctor Who (Millers Green).

Knowledgeable guides will lead you around the building, where you will see costumes relevant to the era/style of the show, hear snippets of insider information and be prepared for a few surprises along the way.

Enjoy a glass of wine or soft drink midway through the tour in the beautiful surroundings of the Cloister Garth, the setting for many of the iconic scenes that were filmed here.

  •  Tours take place on Thursday, August 11, Friday, August 12 and Saturday, August 13 at 7pm and will finish at 9pm.
  • Tickets are £15 available from 0845 6521823 (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm), in person from the Cathedral Gift Shop or on-line at gloucestercathedral.org.uk
