London suburban wordsmith and multi-instrumentalist Coates has announced the release of his new single “Talk Of The Town” which is a free download single taken from his debut album.
He will also be coming to Gloucester as part of his latest UK tour.
Having already been compared to the likes of Frank Turner and Billy Bragg, Coates consistently strives to create real music with wry honest lyrics and integrity.
Coates’s up-tempo indie pop music has Brit Pop influences but still very much encapsulates the now.
Lyrically and musically distancing himself from current singer-songwriter clichés Coates instead focuses on the darker side of society.
