Cirencester

  • RAW Talent at New Brewery Arts continues its exhibition that celebrates the work of students who attended courses and workshops over the last year and offers them an opportunity for professional development by presenting the wealth of ability cultivated during their classes. Many pieces will be available for sale. Runs until Sunday, May 8 at New Brewery Arts, Brewery Court. Admission is free and for further details visit newbreweryarts.org.uk

Kemble

  • CELEBRATE the Queen’s 90th birthday in the field opposite The Tavern where a beacon will be lit at 8.30pm. Gather at the pub beforehand for drinks and a celebration.

Poole Keynes

  • RESIDENTS of Poole Keynes are invited to the village hall for the village's celebration of the Queen's 90th birthday. The event will start at 7pm with bring and share puddings followed by the lighting of a beacon. There will be a children’s fancy dress competition, toasts to Her Majesty and birthday cake.

Coates

  • THE Good Companions society meets at 2.30pm at the village hall. This group is for over-55s, new members are always welcome.

Fairford

  • DAFFERS are raising funds towards the graveyard extension and are holding a St George's Day wine and local cheese tasting event at the village hall from 7.30pm-11.30pm.
