TENSHEDS is set to headline Brewery Blues at Cirencester’s Kings Head Hotel on Friday, March 11.

Known for his showmanship, Tensheds delivers a brand of gritty, heavy, edgy blues/rock which incorporates elements of his classical background resulting in a genre-popping style that the man himself coined ‘21st Century Blues’.

Having supported John Mayall, Mick Taylor, The Blockheads and many more, Tensheds opened the 2013 Isle of Wright festival before taking a break from music, returning last year with his latest album The Dandy Punk Prince.

Supporting Tensheds is Chameleon, who perform an amalgamation of several influences including blues, soul and jazz.

With Osian Owens on bass, Andy Morris on drums, Dafydd Owens on guitar, Andy Challinor on the keyboard and Natalie Phelps on both vocals and the sax.

Starting the evening proceedings is Rosie Blackaller, who is no stranger to Brewery Blues having featured in her dad’s band The Curious Little Big Band.

  • Tickets adults £10, concessions £8 available in advance from reception at the Kings Head Hotel or on 01285 700900. 7.45pm-11.30pm. Limited seating available on a first come-first served basis.
