THE first Didcot & Oxfordshire Toy Fair of the year takes place at Didcot Civic Hall on Saturday, February 6.
As well as train sets, the focus of the far will be on action figures and TV –related tie-ins.
There will also be a range of Star Wars merchandise available following the surge in interest after the release of the Force Awakens in December.
“We’re heading into our second year of Didcot & Oxfordshire Toy Fairs, after launching there in July 2015”, said Tim Pearson, who organises the events with Ronnie Davies. “We’ve published a full programme of four fairs in the town’s Civic Hall, to complement the five we’ll be staging in Cirencester.
“We’ve had very encouraging feedback from visitors and traders at both our current venues.
“It’s been a while since there was anything similar staged in Didcot but the reaction has been universally positive.”
Doors open at 10am, entrance costs £2 and is free for under-16s.
