TICKETS are still on sale for Peach'd, the brand new musical version of Roald Dahl’s classic James and the Giant Peach, at the Sundial Theatre in Cirencester.
Around 30 Cirencester College students have been hard at work rehearsing for the musical, which takes place on Wednesday, December 9 and Thursday, December 10.
The Sundial Theatre Company invite the audience on a heart- warming, feel-good journey of ups and downs as James and his insect companions dance, sing and fly their way to the American dream…in a gigantic piece of soft fruit!
Special permission was granted to Cirencester College students by the Roald Dahl Estate, enabling Peach’d to go ahead.
It has been instigated, lead, written and directed by about 30 students as part of their enrichment programme, which extends them beyond the curriculum.
The Sundial Theatre team, lead by Steve Moyse, helps to support a range of productions over the year, some in conjunction with The National Theatre and The Edinburgh Festival.
- Tickets are available on The Sundial Theatre website or phone the box office 01285 654228.
