IF you missed The Dustbowl Children at Cirencester’s Phoenix Festival, there’s another chance to see them live or online when they take to the stage at The Convent Club on Thursday, October 1.
A BBC introducing favourite, the band, from Cornwall have played at variety of venues in the past year, including the Royal Cornwall Show, Falmouth’s Princess Pavilions and live at the BBC, as well as wowing audiences at the Cirencester Phoenix Festival in August.
Combining bluesy slide guitar, rock riffs, dance floor jungle rhythms and thundering bass lines, alongside Americana lyrics and folk tales, the group are earning a reputation as one of the hottest swamp rock bands in the country.
