THE Rebecca Downes Band is back at Brewery Blues in Cirencester by overwhelming public demand, on Friday, May 1 at 7.45-11pm and are set to give a truly unforgettable musical experience.

Beccy is fast establishing herself as an upcoming UK blues artists.

No overnight sensation, she’s served her time touring Europe with blues luminaries. Her unique voice draws on influences from the Golden Age of Jazz and Blues with up-to-date renditions that reveal similarities with blues icon Etta James.

In close collaboration with co-writer Steve Birkett, they have put together an accomplished collection of material which takes in rockabilly shuffles and Santana-esque jazzy slabs to sultry southern soul on her debut album entitled ‘Back to the Start’.

She is currently embarking on a national tour to promote her new single ‘Messed Up’.
