THE Cirencester Open Garden events continue on Sunday, July 13, 2-5pm, with gardens open in two different areas of the town – the old and the new.

In the centre of town, gardens will be open at 6, 22, & 25 Coxwell St; Coxwell Court; 7 Black Jack Mews (entry via Coxwell Court) and 4 The Mead and Barton Lane allotments. Tea and cakes will be available at 4 The Mead.

The gardens will also be opening at Corinium Via. This is a new development built around three village greens with recently planted small gardens showing how space can be used in an imaginative way. There will be a trail signposting the gardens to be visited, with tea and cakes served on the green.

Admission to all gardens is £4, accompanied children free and some gardens will have plants for sale.

The gardens are part of over 40 which are opening on Sundays to raise money for Cirencester Housing for Young People, who work with young people in need of accommodation in Cirencester.
