MEET Allison-Jayne Smith, or AJ as she likes to be known. She is the Branch Manager of Perry Bishop and Chambers’ new Stroud office, opening on the London Road on Friday, September 1 - the independent estate agents’ fifth Gloucestershire branch. They have another office in Faringdon, Oxfordshire.

Some of you may already be familiar with AJ – She has been working as an estate agent for over 20 years, in Gloucestershire since the 1990s and based in Stroud for the last three years. She brings with her a wealth of valuable knowledge and estate agency experience from her time spent with corporate and independent agents alike.

“I have a real passion for helping people on the move”, says AJ “and strongly believe that those agents who go that extra mile play a vital role in the community they serve. Stroud and the surrounding villages are very special indeed and I am thrilled to be setting up what will be the sixth branch of Perry Bishop and Chambers – highly respected independent estate agents who offer superior property marketing and put customer care at the heart of everything they do. Offering stunning scenery, a vibrant community spirit, great independent shops and restaurants, a wealth of arts and music events, not to mention the brilliant weekly Farmers’ Market, how could anyone not love this unique town and its surroundings.”

AJ looks forward to meeting you when the doors open on Friday, September 1, to discuss any of your property needs. Look out too for the flyer that will be landing on your doormat during the second week of September with details of all Perry Bishop’s services and an exclusive voucher entitling you to a free glass of wine with your meal at Stroud’s Bisley House restaurant.

AJ will also be joining a team of colleagues from Perry Bishop and Chambers to walk the Five Valleys Walk in aid of local charity Meningitis Now on Sunday, September 24.

Perry Bishop and Chambers were named Best Estate Agents in Gloucestershire for three years in a row by allAgents.co.uk, the tripadvisor for the property industry.
