Redrow development in Cheltenham opens doors to public for the first time

REDROW Homes has opened the doors of its two developments at Brizen Park and Brizen View just south of Cheltenham to the public for the first time.

People will be able to explore newly unveiled show homes at Brizen Park which is located next to Brizen View in Leckhampton on the edge of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

A total of 232 homes will be built during the first phase of building at Brizen Park while a further 67 will be constructed next door at Brizen View.

Sales offices for both developments will be open for visitors from 10am to 5.30pm with the Redrow sales team on hand to answer any queries.

Brizen Park is set to be one of Redrow South West’s most popular developments with a variety of two, three and four-bedroom Heritage Collection homes available from £348,995. Early bird is available on selected plots and there is a five per cent deposit on a Help to Buy scheme.

The three and four-bedroom show homes boast traditional exterior designs inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement of the 1920s and 30s, with beautiful interiors created for modern family living.

Brizen View’s four and five-bedroom Heritage Collection homes are currently available from £624,995. Early bird is available on selected plots. The show homes for this development are due to open at the end of January.

The Daily Telegraph voted Cheltenham as the UK’s best place to raise a family, with the developments being in the reach of outstanding school and excellent transport links to the city centre and easy access to the M5.
