Property News: Student rents remain unchanged for the second year running
STUDENT rents have remained unchanged for the second year running.
The average private-rental costs stalled at an average of £100-119 per week, according to a report from student utilities and service provider Glide Utilities.
The study showed that rent is the second biggest cost for students, after fees.
