The following applications were received by Cotswold District Council between 31.07.17 and 06.08.17

Ampney Crucis: The Old Rectory, addition of a new entrance porch, relocation of an external stone wall (approximately 2m high).

Avening: 6 Old Hill, Western Red Cedar tree - reduce in height from 12m to 6m and in diameter from 10m to 5m - the tree is causing excessive shading of the garden of the property and the neighbouring property.

Bagendon: Home Farm House, Upper End, remove Thuja tree and Portugese Laurel tree and prune Walnut tree by 30%, reduce height and canopy.

Baunton: 3 The Paddocks, erection of single-storey rear extension and insertion of 4 first-floor side-facing windows in the east elevation.

Cirencester: First Choice Travel Shop, 17 Cricklade Street, fascia and hanging sign. 36 Cecily Hill, replacement patio doors.

Eastleach: Victoria Inn, The Green, Elwoodii (cypress) – remove, Norway Maple - to be crown raised to approximately 2.5m, to clear car park and footpath, Sycamore - remove, group of Leylandii and 1 Hybid Poplar in Upper Garden – remove.

Frampton Mansell: Aston Down Barns, change of use and alterations to existing barn to create one dwelling, including demolition of Dutch barn and erection of detached ancillary outbuilding and change of use of existing farm track and associated land to residential curtilage.

Evenlode: St Edwards Church, Church Lane, Lime (T1) - fell to ground level due to decay at base (this is an old coppice stool), Lime (T2-T6) - re-pollard to previous.

Kemble: York House, Tamesis Drive, (1) Cotoneaster - remove the heavy stem over the lawn back to the trunk and reduce the remainder to approximately 8 feet, (2) Field Maple - reduce all over to near previous (approximately 2m), (3) Honeylocust at the front - lightly prune out-of-shape branches / tops by up to 1m.

Lechlade: Windymere Sherborne Street, re-plastering of ceiling and walls (as part of asbestos removal).

Northleach: Northleach Court, High Street, Yew tree located at the rear - reduce from over neighbouring garden by 2 metres, reduce the remainder of the tree to reshape, Cherry tree located at the rear - to be removed, Silver Birch tree located at the rear - low limb over greenhouse remove back to main trunk, small limb over the greenhouse reduce back to fence line.

Siddington: Ophrys Barn, Nursery View, non-material amendment to application 16/03448/FUL for (i) timber infill to lower section of glazed panel to the kitchen/dining area; (ii) the opening to the southwest corner of the living room to be provided with timber boarding to low level; (iii) window to bedroom 2 adjusted to match bedroom 3; (iv) width of the west end section to be rebuilt amended to match the width of the existing structure; (v) doors to west elevation amended to window; and (vi) changes to the internal layout.

Southrop: Southrop Lodge, change of use of Southrop Lodge from residential (C3 use) to a mixed residential/hotel (C3/C1 use) together with associated minor works and structures (amended scheme), compliance with condition 9 (glasshouse) of 17/01018/FUL and condition 4 (greenhouse) of 17/01019/

Tetbury: Forge Cottage, The Chipping, Sycamore tree - prune branches back to boundary as overhanging outbuilding on south boundary near garden. 177 St Marys Road, erection of two-storey side extension and single storey rear extension and new vehicle access.

Upper Rissington: Rissington Airfield, compliance with conditions 5 (contamination), 9 (trees) and 10 (render panel) - conversion and change of use of existing airfield control tower into single dwelling.
