Northfield House, Northfield Road, variation of condition 2 of planning permission 17/01469/FUL - replacement dwelling with detached garage (external changes and change in internal layout). Southdown, Charlton Road, non-material amendment to 15/00769/FUL for the new layout of the terrace and path round the extension and the inclusion of a beech hedge on the boundary with Brook End, amended drawing defines a new layout to the terrace and path around the new extension and now includes a new beech hedge on the boundary with Brook End.
