Property News: Garages are a deal breaker
GARAGES are a deal breaker when it comes to buying and selling homes in Scotland and England.
According to research by Zoopla "garage" is the most searched for keyword in six out of the 10 most popular Scottish and English areas.
Meanwhile a survey undertaken by the RAC found that nearly half of domestic garages are not in fact used for parking cars. In fact the space is more likely to be used for storing DIY, sports, gym and gardening equipment.
