ANDREWS Property Group has announced the appointment of Hannah Norris to lead its lettings business across Gloucestershire, as well as Oxfordshire and East Sussex. She will have overall responsibility for 13 lettings offices.

The appointment in fact marks a return to Andrews for Hannah who started her career in the Cheltenham branch as a Trainee Sales Negotiator after attending Gloucestershire University. She then spent many years at Countrywide Plc rising to Lettings Director and more latterly Welcome Director for the Retail Acquisitions and Mergers team.

Speaking of her appointment, Hannah said: “I started my career in property with Andrews back in 1997 and credit that experience with equipping me with the core business skills that allowed me to go on and enjoy a challenging and enjoyable career.

“Coming back to Andrews really does feel in some respects like coming home. I greatly admire the ethos on which Andrews has been built and feel passionately about the charitable work that the business does so I’m looking forward to being a part of that. I’m also looking forward to working with my teams to ensure we deliver excellent service to our customers.”

Hannah will report to Alison Nunez, Managing Director of Andrews’ Lettings and Management business, with whom she previously worked at Countrywide. Alison comments: “Having had the pleasure of working with Hannah before, I am confident that we’ve brought in a strong leader for an important part of our lettings business.

“Hannah has demonstrated throughout her career a commitment and determination to deliver excellent service with a keen eye on business and team growth. It’s great to have her as part of the team here at Andrews.”
