The past three years have been an exciting time for Adkins Estate Agents with both the sales and rental sides of the business growing from strength to strength.

With turnover exceeding expectations on the previous year, the ‘icing on the cake’ was the achievement of two Silver Awards for Best Estate Agents in Cirencester and the GL7 area.

These awards are based on the level of service and the amount of five star reviews.

Customer feedback has highlighted the main reason they chose Adkins over other agents, was due to the ‘personal service’ they received.

They may not be the biggest, but they aim to be the best!

Their offices are based within their lovely Cotswold home on the outskirts of Cirencester.

This enables them to offer not only a personal service, but an office that operates seven days a week with a team of dedicated professional staff.

We do not specialise in a particular type of property, however, we do seem to receive a lot of attention from owners with new builds and larger properties, but quite honestly we are prepared to work with all different types and sizes, period, old or new".
