HARDCASTLES, the longest established lettings only company in Cirencester, has moved to an even more central situation in Black Jack Street.
Steeped in history, with its name believed to have derived from a long lost statue of John the Baptist which became blackened from local metal workings, this once quiet street is now abuzz with independent shops and cafes.
With the newest member of staff having clocked up nine years of service, experience is definitely not lacking in this company, and the staff at Hardcastles look forward to their continued success in their new premises.
Hardcastles deals with town and country properties throughout the Cotswolds and beyond, ranging from the tiniest of flats to large country houses.
Rental agreements can be arranged to suit the individual landlord, from just finding a tenant to a full management package.
Tenants and Landlords alike will find a warm welcome from the longstanding staff at Hardcastles in their new office (and also from the three very friendly office dogs!) at 17 Black Jack Street, opposite Jacks Café.
