Kenilworth, Honeycombe Leaze, Quenington, Certificate of Lawful Proposed Use or Development under Section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the removal of single storey passage way and porch to rear, erection of two storey rear extension, replacement of all windows and doors, relocation of front door;

Cheltenham: 7 De Havilland Road, Upper Rissington, fell and remove Swedish Whitebeam 06/00268/TPO - tree which is overhanging path and road has signs of rot (photo included) and therefore presents increased threat of breakages, replant with one Prunus Pendula Pendula Rubra close to previous position but bringing into back into the garden away from footpath;

Hinchwick Manor, Old Hinchwick, Condicote, construction of a three bay steel portal frame agricultural building;

Crofton House, Farmington, conversion and adaptation of existing garage to form annexe ancillary to main dwelling;

Waterhead Barn, Upper Swell, non-material amendment to 15/03268/FUL roof to be covered in slate instead of tern-coated steel, main door on rear (south) elevation to become double door, new opening and window on south elevation, proposed door into boot room (now wet room) to become window with panelling underneath, roof light removed on rear elevation, new position of screens on new kitchen rear elevation.

Chipping Campden: Bramleys, Stratford Road, Weston Subedge, erection of one dwelling (outline application).

Fairford: Interlaken, London Road, demolition of existing bungalow and erection of replacement dwelling, with garage and new vehicular access, change of use of land from agricultural to domestic.

Moreton-in-Marsh: Freers Lodge, Ditchford Hill, Aston Magna, replacement dwelling;

Lion House, High Street, variation of condition 6 (there shall be no sale of hot food for consumption off the premises) of permission 11/03263/FUL to enable the sale of hot food for consumption off the premises between the hours of 5.30pm and 11pm.

South Cerney: 8 The Lennards, loft conversion and rear first floor extension;

Cerneywick Farm, The Street, Cerney Wick, compliance with conditions 3 (lintels) and 5 (sample wall panel) of applications 15/02115/FUL and 15/02116/LBC, one new dormer to south elevation, single storey extension to north east elevation, re-build of two storey extension, extension to garage and new vehicular access;

Atkyns Manor, Church Lane, fell - one Lawson and one red cedar;

Cotswold Hoburne Caravan Park, Broadway Lane, compliance with Condition 11 (walling and roofing) of permission ref 16/02462/FUL (redevelopment of existing touring caravan area for siting static holiday caravans with 12 month season).

Stow-on-the-Wold: 2A Beech Croft, Oddington Road, proposed single storey outbuilding.

Tetbury: The Old Cowsheds, Long Newnton, large oak tree remove dead branches;

Southdown, Charlton Road, 1 T3 - fell ash tree due to blocking of light to new sitting room, low amenity value and allow Nothofagus to flourish unimpeded, 2 T4 - fell Hawthorne tree due to low amenity value and allow planting of replacement tree on Southdown boundary, 3 T4 - in place of Hawthorne and ash, plant a specimen deciduous tree.
