THE following applications have been received by Cotswold District Council.

Bourton-On-The-Water: Roof Trees, Rissington Road, proposed two detached dwellings including access.

Chipping Camden: Hidcote Manor Gardens, Hidcote Bartrim, Ebrington, construction of a visitor reception building, improvements to disabled parking and associate landscaping – compliance with condition 5; Saxton House, High Street, removal of chimney support in kitchen and formation of en-suite and bathroom.

Cirencester: Oakley Hall Chapel, Chapel Courtyard, Highfield Lane, one lime tree o be felled to ground level as it is pushing over and has cracked boundary wall, it is growing close to a larger canopy lime tree, so has low amenity value; 2 Church Street, holly tree – reduce height and width by 50%; 8 Wilkinson Road, change of use from B1 (business) to B2 (general industrial) use; Land Parcel South At North Hill Road, Siddington Road, compliance with conditions 21 and 24, pursuant to outline permission 11/01774/OUT.

Cold Aston: Redmans Farm, Aston Grove, trees T1 and T2 – fell two large mature leylandii cypress.

Daglingworth: Wains Cottage, Wains Road, Norway spruce (T6) located at the back of the property – tree is declining and is to be removed.

Fairford: The Old Bakery, 2 High Street, cherry (T1) located at the back of the property – reduce crown height and spread by approximately 1-1.5m to enhance natural form.

Frampton Mansell: Jolly Nice, A 419 Stroud Road, retrospective change of use of agricultural land to provide vehicular access, and reconfiguration of car parking

Guilting Power: Guilting Manor Farms, proposed agricultural storage building.

Hazleton: Glebe House, Church Road, T1 twinned stem chestnut, reduce crown overall by 3m on leaning side of tree and 2m on diseased side of T2 chestnut tree – remove dead wood in upper crown.

Icomb: Icomb House, Church Road, larch – fell damaged tree, willow – remove, cherry – fell dead tree, trees to be planted - to be decided at another session.

Kemble: Park House, 5 Kemble Park, School Road, single storey rear extension (revision of 15/05415/FUL).

Lechlade: Claydon Pike, London Road, non-material amendment to 13/03627/FUL, units 3.17 and 3.19 - amended unit design and external plot layout.

Lower Slaughter: Tarneki Copse, Hill Road, birch – fell.

Meysey Hampton: Hill House, High Street, change of use of existing barn to proposed three bedroom holiday accommodation.

Moreton-in-Marsh: Vine House, Broadwell, repair dry stone boundary wall and increase in height to 2m, re-roof house, kitchen and sun room.

Naunton: Close Hill, works detailed in submitted schedule 190 – close hill tree application supporting document 190, Close Hill, Naunton, tree mapping.

Rissingtons: The Yews, Rectory Lane, fell and remove existing Picea Abies tree; Sams Barn, Manor Farm, remove eucalyptus tree.

Sherborne: The National Trust, The Estate Office, erection of maintenance building, formation of hard standing area, installation of underground rainwater tank and erection of wood storage building.

Siddington: Plummers Farmhouse, Fraziers Folly, T1 T2 T3 mature limes – remove all basal and stem epicormic growth, remove all dead branches, crown thin 10%, T4 horse chestnut – crown lift to 4m, T5 horse chestnut – crown reduction of 25%, achieved by crown lift to 6m, reduce height by 3m, crown thin to remove close growing branches, remove storm damaged boughs.

Somerford Keynes: Tantara, The Street, Certificate of Proposed Use or Development under Section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the erection of a ground floor extension to the rear of the property; Lower Mill Estate, Lower Mill Lane, non-material amendment to 14/05286/FUL to change permitted unit type L2h FFL, on Plot 04 to five-bed Habitat House and amend car parking layout to the north of Plots 01 and 02 with additional five visitor spaces, non-material amendment to 14/01100/FUL for permitted type F1A Plot 101 to a type 11C(m); Spinney Lake, Lower Mill Estate, Lower Mill Lane, non-material amendment to 14/05035/FUL for Plot 10 to be replaced with a 4-bed Watergarden XL with a part third storey unit, non-material amendment to 14/05035/FUL to amend the ford and pedestrian access bridge to the west of Spinney Lake development to an already permitted bridge across the Lower Mill Estate development.

South Cerney: Shorncote Quarry, Ewen Road, temporary storage of sand and gravel and extraction of cornbrash limestone.

Temple Guilting: Charlwood, Kineton, addition of flat roof dormer and escape window to facilitate loft conversion.

Withington: 8 High Street, yew (T1) located at the front of 6 The High Street – remove.
