Cirencester: 22 Morestall Drive, erection of second storey rear extension including installation of two rooflights; Crew Clothing Co, 4 Market Place, new fascia letters to replace existing and installation of hanging sign; interior refurbishment - decoration, some new merchandising items, new flooring, decoration of exterior - shopfront and windows on first floor above, Signage - new signage to reflect Crew's new brand identity.

Ewen: Brook House, T1 -T522 Common Lime - major dead wood over drive, remove major dead wood, Cat B, T2 - T524 Common Lime - major dead wood over drive, remove major dead wood, Cat B, T3 - T522-T533 Limes x 13 - epicormic growth forming in lower crown making the crown congested, some dead wood, but unlikely to land in the road, remove epicormic growth from lower crown, Cat C.

Fairford: 5 Wakefield Close, Kempsford, erection of single storey side and front extension (amendment to 15/02229/FUL).

Kemble: Land at Top Farm, West Lane, non-material amendment to 14/03638/REM for the carports to be removed and car parking spaces substituted.

Moreton-in-Marsh: Donnington Manor, Donnington, fell Horse Chestnut and fell Sitka Spruce.

Upper Rissington: Land Parcel at Upper Rissington, 418640 east, 219967 north, non-material amendment to 08/03697/OUT for the substitution of house types on plots 104, 115, 116 and 117.

Whittington: Puckham Farm, certificate of proposed use or development under section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the erection of the replacement dwelling approved under permission 12/05501/FUL.
