Ben Way, property agent and international event rider, strengthens his Warwickshire connections

BEN Way MRICS FAAV, Head of Butler Sherborn Equestrian, joins the established Butler Sherborn team in the Stow-on-the-Wold office, after five years with Butler Sherborn’s Cirencester office, with immediate effect.

Born and bred in Warwickshire, Ben lives on the family farm at Frankton, just below Rugby.

Having represented the North Warwickshire Pony Club, pointed and hunted throughout his life in Warwickshire, Ben has an exceptional knowledge of the area.

Together with his girlfriend, Sarah Parkes, they have a professional yard of top event horses which they compete throughout the UK and abroad.

Ben successfully completed Badminton in May this year, winning the Lawrence Rooke Award for the highest placed first time competitor.

Ben is committed to his professional work at Butler Sherborn.

He rises with the larks to ride before he gets to the office, and will squeeze schooling under the lights after work too.

His comprehensive knowledge of the area, land and properties in the county ensures he is uniquely well placed to provide valuation and professional advice in his capacity as a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Valuer.

Ben has the expertise to assist property owners, landlords, tenants and prospective buyers across the Cotswolds and Warwickshire.

Ben is of course especially well able to offer advice on all aspects of Equestrian property.
