A NEW personal training studio has opened up in Cirencester, where owner Tony prides himself on both offering bespoke fitness advice to clients as well as top career opportunities for his staff.
Catalyst Personal Training (PT) has thrown open its doors in Love Lane Industrial Estate after staff put together the new studio in just one week, with many months of planning beforehand.
Owner Tony Oakley, 30, has been his own boss for the last six years and said he really want to set up his own firm, seeing as he is expecting his first child in August.
"I just wanted to put together a team of like-minded people who want to achieve the same thing," he said. "It's going really well. We started off with a team of three but now we're five."
Catalyst PT offers one-on-one training as well as group sessions, including insanity, kettlercise, boot camp and yoga.
"We are looking to create our own clothing line too," added Tony, who has worked in fitness since he was 16-years-old. "Our clients get undivided attention from trainers. They get a full fitness assessment, then a bespoke training plan. Your performance is analysed throughout.
"It covers all nutritional elements as well. We follow your lifestyle."
Tony added that he really cares about the well-being of his team, many of whom used to work at Cirencester's leisure centre.
"My main thing is to provide the rest of my team with something to enhance their careers. They each have individual responsibilities."
Catalyst PT opened its doors on Monday, February 16.
