A TRAIL of violence and destruction will be wreaked on Swindon's Arts Centre on Monday, March 27, from 8pm as the insular world of troubled teenagers Pig and Runt implodes.
Born minutes apart and growing up as neighbours, Pig and Runt are inseparable.
They reign over their own world, with their own language and their own rules, carving their way through 1997 Cork in pursuit of pleasure.
However, Pig and Runt are already falling apart and their friendship is put at risk when, on the verge of their 17th birthdays, their sexuality is awakened. Runt is slightly disturbed and begins to attract the attention of a fellow schoolmate.
But Pig, whose jealously is awakened by Runt's newfound womanhood, turns psychotic and his pathological jealously and desire to protect her leads to sudden outbursts of violence aimed at both himself and those around him.
The inseparable are about to separate, with devastating consequences. This powerful drama is suitable for ages 14+.
