The first weekly club run of 2006 went through South Cerney, Cerney Wick, Down Ampney, Hannington and Stanton Fitzwarren before brunching at Wyevale Garden Centre on Swindon's outskirts.

At Wyevale, they were joined by three other members before riding home in the rain.

The club's Cycling Auction will be held at the Corinium Football Stadium on Thursday, January 19, at 8pm.

This Sunday's club run, to Tubbies in Nailsworth, will leave Cirencester Parish Church at 9.30am, with the faster ride departing from the same location 30 minutes later.

Non-members wanting to participate are welcome to attend and introduce themselves the other riders.
