Vibrant telling of Defoe classic

AT the Wyvern Theatre this week catch Kaos Theatre's production of Moll Flanders on Monday, Tuesday, October 3 and 4.

Daniel Defoe's classic tale of adventure, scandal and debauchery combine's with KAOS's acclaimed brand of vibrant storytelling, music and song to create an eye-popping account of one woman's journey through poverty, prostitution, pick pocketing and penitence.

And on Wednesday, October 5 at 7.30pm, King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys.

Looking like they stepped straight out of a 1940's black and white movie, this sensational six piece band delivers an exhilarating mix of Kansas City Jazz, Swing and Blues from a bygone era, in a thrilling, swinging non-stop show.

Rough, tough and always rocking, the legendary King Pleasure & The Biscuit Boys' zany stage show sometimes belies the fact that they are the best rhythm and Blues band ever to come from outside the USA.
