Final touches put on concert

THE Dursley Male Voice Choir and Stuart Singers of Minchinhampton are busy putting the final touches to their choral repertoires.

Rehearsing for their joint concert taking place on Saturday, September 24 at the Bacon Theatre in Cheltenham.

The evening is a benefit concert for local charity the Cobalt Appeal Fund Crack Cancer Campaign.

Tickets at £7 are available now from the Bacon Theatre but with the great reputation of both choirs, they will be selling quickly.

Melodious medleys include Anything Goes, a Cole Porter number sung by Stuart Singers, Memory by Lloyd Webber sung by the Dursley Male Voice Choir and last but not least the renowned tongue-twister which reaches a furious frenzy of speed - Rhythm of Life sung by the choirs jointly.
