Brewery Arts Theatre's finale show

GRAFFITI Classics, who bring the curtain down on Brewery Arts Theatre before redevelopment, are certain to put on a marvellous musical finale when they perform there on Saturday, April 9 at 8pm.

Graffiti Classics is a sensational comedic musical group which has moved the classical string quartet into the 21st century. It had a sell-out season at the 2004 Edinburgh Fringe and has since toured in the Far East, the US and Europe.

Not gypsy, not jazz, not trad, not classical - just 16 strings, eight dancing feet and four voices. Scintillating slapstick combines with brilliant arrangements and mischievous humour, allowing every item in the programme to reveal extraordinary talent from this international quartet.

Graffiti Classics perform a wide variety of music from Hungarian folk to hornpipes and polkas, with a little Mozart, Bach and Strauss added for good measure.

This is a great opportunity to experience a group which has developed a refreshing insight into the world of classical music for everyone, whatever their age.

Tickets from the box office on 01285 655522.
