IT was Prince Harry who took home the silverware at a charity polo match against his brother in Birdlip on Sunday.
In a hard fought battle, the young prince triumphed over Prince William 12 goals to seven at Longdale Polo Club, raising around £40,000 for the reconstruction of regions worst hit by the Boxing Day tsunami.
It was an exciting match and there were even gasps from spectators at one point when William took a tumble.
But the 22-year-old heir to the throne was on his feet in no time and quickly threw himself back into the game.
Harry's teammate Matt Cudmore said: "It was just a bit of a slip and he was fine. We had a bit of a joke about it and he got back on."
The idea for the polo match came about back in January when the princes wanted to follow the example of their father in raising money for the tsunami victims.
