Local artist's work on display

AN exhibition of paintings featuring brand new work by renowned local artist Roger Jones opens the Wonderwall Gallery, 7 Gosditch Street, Cirencester on Saturday, March 5.

Roger is best known for his engaging contemporary landscapes and seascapes, captured in oils, watercolours and pastels, often enlivened by people and their activities.

Roger was previously senior producer and director of wildlife films for the much respected BBC Natural History Unit in Bristol, where he helped to produce the Blue Planet series.

Roger will be at the Saturday opening of this exciting new exhibition, where he will be demonstrating his painting technique in the Gallery. It will also be an opportunity to meet Roger in person and talk to him about his work.

The exhibition continues until the end of March.
