THE Division 1 title in the Cirencester and District Football League looks to be up for grabs with the top two both losing and the chasing teams closing the gap after winning their matches.

Leaders Fairford went down 2-0 at South Cerney while CHQ lost second place to Siddington who beat them 2-1. The next four Beeches, South Cerney, Ashton Keynes and Oaksey all won.

In Division 2, runaway leaders Bibury Reserves stretched their lead by another two points after a narrow win over Stratton United whilst second-placed Lechlade were held 2-2 at Nympsfield.

South Cerney Reserves continue to stay in touch, two late goals wrapping up the points at CHQ Res. Results on Saturday:
