Advice sessions on offer in Cirencester

CIRENCESTER'S Citizens Advice Bureau will be holding another free guidance session on Thursday (Feb 17).

The fortnightly sessions, which kicked off last week, are open to anyone over the age of 20 and offer information on a whole range of issues.

Advice on money management, homelessness, unemployment and discrimination is available from midday until 5pm on alternate Thursdays, and the event is being run by consultants from Westcountry Training & Consultancy Services Limited.

Operations manager Steve Panter said: "The first session went really well, with people mostly wanting information about employment and courses they could do.

"It's definitely going ahead again next week and anybody in the local community is welcome to come along and take advantage of what's on offer."

People in North Wiltshire will also be catered for in the coming weeks as Steve plans to start a similar event in Swindon.

For more information call the Citizens Advice Bureau in Cirencester, which is situated in Cricklade Street, on 01285 652908.
