Ali Baba has his Bacon

THIS year Promenade Productions of Cheltenham present Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves at the Bacon Theatre at Dean Close School, Cheltenham, with all the usual mayhem and nonsense that goes with each of the company's traditional family pantomimes.

There's a dashing hero, rotten villain, beautiful leading ladies, outrageous dame, very silly 'boy' and lots of thieves, all battling it out, with the help of a good supporting chorus and dancers, to make sure that in the end good overcomes evil in the true sense of pantomime.

The show runs from Wednesday, January 19 to Saturday, January 22, starting at 7pm, with a Saturday matinee at 2pm. Tickets from the box office on 01242 224144 or tickets@promenade productions.co.uk
