Family show comes from the heart

THIS CHRISTMAS the Wyvern Theatre has teamed up for the first time with renowned pantomime producer, One From The Heart, to bring Swindon a super family Christmas show.

With great sets and costumes, this production combines the magical fun of pantomime with a musical extravaganza.

Topping the bill as the Giant's horrid henchman Fleshcreep, is Paul Bradley whose stage and screen credits include Nigel Bates in Eastenders and a part in the recent West End hit, Journey's End.

Joining him will be Juliette Kaplan, star of Last of the Summer Wine, as the ever helpful Fairy Nuff. Jo Martell, recently seen on TV as Anne Boleyn, plays Jill, opposite Daniel Boys, who has just starred in Grease, as Jack.

Completing the line-up for this fun family show are Nigel Nobes (Dame Trott), Paul Beech (King), Mark Peachey (Silly Billy), William Maidwell (Rudolph), Karl Newsam (Hans), Oliver Walker (the Giant) and Daisy the Cow as herself!

Jack and the Beanstalk runs until Sunday, January 9. Tickets from the box office on 01793 524481.
