Councillor 'Austin Powers' entertains Tetbury youngsters

OVER 250 Tetbury youngsters were visited by international spy Austin Powers on Friday evening.

The movie character strutted his funky stuff during the Mini Expo event at Tetbury Leisure Centre and Sir William Romney's School playing field.

Councillor Peter Martin, who dressed up as the eccentric figure, said it was a great night for everyone.

The Mini Expo is an annual event organised by the local youth centre, leisure centre and Tetbury Town Council.

It enables youngsters to be introduced to new hobbies or activities and enroll in a local club.
