AN exhibition entitled 3 Generations opens at the Subscription Rooms, Stroud on Friday, May 22.
It will be officially opened the previous evening by Jamila Gavin, winning author of the Whitbread Children's Book of the Year award who lives locally.
In this very unusual show the three generations are painter Doug Taylor, his daughter, textile artist Lee Stratford, and his granddaughter Hannah Stratford whose skills are in photographic digital imagery.
The picture shows a photograph by Hannah on the left, an example of Lee's textile work in the middle and a painting in oil and water colour by Doug on the right.
The exhibition is open between 10am and 5pm.
