Rollin Stoned play the Corn Hall

ON Friday, December 5 Cirencester's Corn Hall plays host to top tribute band Rollin Stoned.

Fronted by Stars In Their Eyes winner Mick Jaguar, the band is dedicated to recreating the feel, the look and the sound of 'the greatest rock 'n roll band in the world.'

Rollin Stoned centre themselves in the 1964-1974 pre-Ronnie Wood years, tearing their way through a string of early Stones hits such as Jumpin' Jack Flash, Honky Tonk Woman, Satisfaction and Brown Sugar.

This is a chance for those who may have been too young - or merely unable to secure tickets at the time - to experience the joy of hearing some truly great songs live.

It's also a chance to win a pair of tickets for the show.

Simply answer the two questions below and send your answers, together with your address and telephone number to Rik Husdan, CDC Events Officer, Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester, GL7 1PX, to arrive no later than Wednesday, December 3.

1 Who fronts the Rollin Stoned?

2 Name one of the early Stones hits the band will be singing.

Otherwise, get your tickets from Cirencester TIC (01285 654180) or on the door. Doors open at 8.15pm.
