LAUGH and be entertained as Bill Oddie recounts how his passion for birds of paradise led him into cannibal country in the jungles of Papua New Guinea, when he comes to the Sundial Theatre, Cirencester on Thursday, November 13 at 7.30pm.
Performing to enthusiastic audiences all over Britain, in this show he explains some of the techniques and problems involved in filming birds for television documentaries.
With humour and visual appeal he talks about the people he meets, the places he visits and his many experiences, as well as about the fascinating and fantastic world of birds.
This show is aimed not only at specialist birdwatchers but also general audiences of all ages.
Using slides, a puppet, a wig and his amazing skills at impersonating bird calls and movements, this is a really good fun evening.
Tickets from the box office on 01285 654228.
