FAIRFORD Town will need to be on their very top form on their travels to Bridport this Saturday for an FA Vase second round qualifier.
Having beaten this Western League Premier Division side 1-0 in the FA Vase last season, the task for the Cinder Lane side looks that much tougher this time around.
For several of the successful squad who played in last year's tie have since left Fairford for pastures new.
Richard Watkins has moved away, Carl Stevens departed overseas this very week and Phil Ward now plays for Yate.
Another big three who will also be missing from Saturday's line-up due to injury includes Lee Stoddart, Courtney Chessell and Kilfoyle.
Without their invaluable input, Fairford Town manager Mark Webb accepts it's going to be a very tall order indeed.
He said, "With so many regulars now out of the side, we will need to draft in a number of youngsters.
"Having had an established squad and enjoyed a couple of very successful seasons, I accept that it will that it will an uphill battle this time around.
"Nonetheless, we will go there with every intention of doing our level best in the hope of getting something from the game."
