Nitroject team achieves some first-class results

NITROJET Action Sports from Cirencester were well represented at the fifth and penultimate round of the British Jet Sport Racing Championship at Tees Barrage.

In the Junior Ski Division, Luke Brookes, who has had a fantastic start to the season, had a slight stutter in this round compared to others.

Nonetheless, he finished second on the day and is still leading overall for the year.

Next up was the Novice stock runabout where Nitrojet had two racers out.

Best performance came from young Perry Field who finished first and now leads his class overall.

Will Young, who was sixth, now sits fifth overall in the championship.

Finally, it was the turn of the big boys -the main event which was the open runabout and superstock.

Nitrojet were represented by veteran rider Dave Jackson who had his best performance of the year to finish fifth in both the open and superstock.

Sixth and final round of the British Championship is being held at Tattershall Country Park in Lincolnshire.
