CIRENCESTER Town are well set for one of their biggest games of recent times when they make Saturday's trip to Canvey Island for this third round clash in the FA Trophy.
Brian Hughes is under no illusions about the task ahead, he says, "It's all about enjoying the day. Yes, it is a huge game for us, but we've got nothing to lose.
"While we have had something of an up and down season, the team has taken ten points from a possible 12 in this latest run of theirs.
"And so I'd rather be going now and, you never know, we might just surprise them."
Following last weekend's match at Taunton, a number of players have returned from injury, giving Hughes a full complement of players to pick from for this weekend's vital tie.
And the opposition, currently placed just above half-way in the Premier Division of the Rymans League, will doubtless be frustrated that last Saturday's scheduled last game was postponed.
On their day, Canvey Island are a formidable force, having beaten Conference side Forest Green Rovers in the FA Trophy final at Aston Villa in 2001.
