Puppets perform Aladdin

ON Monday, December 23 at 2pm and 4pm, Pekko's puppets present the classical tale of Aladdin and his Wonderful Lamp at Brewery Arts Theatre, Cirencester.

This colourful and faithful telling of the very popular story from The 1001 Arabian Nights is told by Scheherazade and performed with beautifully dressed and painted puppets, with a lively and engaging Genie played by the puppeteer, Stephen Novy, in costume and mask.

It is imaginatively staged, with a beautiful palace, mysterious cave, a wicked magician from Morocco and his magic carpet, and it is perfect for families and children aged three to seven.

Tickets from the box office on 01285 655522.
