Sharp-shooter Thompson picks up two trophies

SPARKLING form brought Dave Thompson a brace of victories at the Corn Hall on Monday evening in what was another busy shooting programme for the Cirencester and District Air Rifle and Pistol League.

For the Meysey Hampton marksman won not only the Les Allen Memorial Trophy but also the Christmas Competition.
